    Barry Munday

    Chairman of The Housing Forum
    Consultant, PRP Architects

    Barry spent most of his professional career with PRP Architects after joining them in 1973. He designed many major housing projects in the the New Towns and large inner city housing schemes before leading the company's move into urban regeneration in the 1990's. He became Chairman of the practice in 2000 and led its expansion into new areas of work including project management and sustainable design. It has grown to become one of the leading housing specialists in the UK and has offices in Russia and the Middle East as well as London and Manchester.

    Managing Director, Wates Living Space

    Ian trained as a Quantity Surveyor and has spent over 30 years in the Construction Industry. He is currently the Managing Director of Wates Living Space, a part of the Wates Group, for whom he has worked for over 16 years. He is also a member of the Wates Executive Committee and currently takes a lead as sponsor of the Staff Group Charity and also their award winning Employability Scheme - Building Futures.

    Emma Cariaga is the Head of Strategic Projects, the business unit responsible for strategic land acquisition within Land Securities. Emma is responsible for managing the group's residential joint ventures with third party developers and partners and for securing large-scale, residentially led mixed use opportunities both in Kent and the East of England.

During his time at Galliford Try, Stephen has overseen substantial growth in the Group’s presence in the Affordable Housing and Regeneration market and the development of major publicly commissioned regeneration schemes.

    Mike Leonard, Director of the Modern Masonry Alliance, joined three years ago from the Laird PLC where he had been MD of three of it's operating companies.

    With a background in Marketing, Mike has 31 years of experience in the building materials sector including 13 years spent with Marley. Mike continues to lead the Get Britain Building Campaign which is clearly communicating the urgent need for more homes to house the 5 million people currently on social housing waiting lists.
