    Shelagh is Chief Executive of The Housing Forum. Her role is to ensure that the strategic and influencing work of The Housing Forum reaches Government , regulators and influencers and that the Member offer is of high quality, relevant and effective.

    Krystyna Blackburn

    Project Director

    Krystyna is Project Director of The Housing Forum. She Project Manages the Construction Legacy-Housing and Construction Legacy-London Projects in partnership with ConsutrctionSkills. Krystyna provides secretariat to the Housing Forum Board and involvement with Working Groups and all Conferences.

    Colm Quinn

    Project and Policy Officer

    Colm is Project and Policy Officer for The Housing Forum. He is responsible for day to day liaison with The Housing Forum membership, general policy work, and delivering a number of projects such as the Diagnostic and Measurement Tool on Supply Chain Integration in Social Housing.
