RELISH Phase 1 demonstrated through a combination of low cost retrofit improvements and resident education, how a reduction in fuel consumption (CO2 emissions) can be sensibly achieved in occupied homes. RELISH Phase 2 takes this sensible approach to a whole new level and one that has not been attempted yet; it will see a package of works combined with the Relish™ education package to 159 occupied homes. This comprises 3 blocks purchased from another housing association, which also require considerable investment.
